Arghhh! …Here’s my message to T-Mobile (by the way I heard they will be eliminating their “customer service” access by e-mail next spring? If you have poor reception might be fun trying to communicate with them over any issue.):

10-5-09
T-Mobile,
When does my contract expire?
The new bill came and the bogus 3rd party charges were not removed. The statement is still extremely nonsensical and adding tax and line fees per phone then seperately for the package is just plain nasty and I and others I have talked to facing these same issues feel totally scammed by t-mobile. Gads, all this insane itemization and hidden 3rd party crud is enough to drive me up the wall. Our bill should be a constant $–.– each and every month as we do not go over minutes and do not buy other services ever.
That charge you agreed to remove is still on there! If our contract has expired I will be wanting to cancel service. I cannot afford these overcharges and the stress of opening another one of your T-mobile nightmare bills. It is something I no longer wish to endure …so much so I am willing to go phone-less if it comes to that. T-mobile - you need to take a look at these billing practices that so infuriate and turn off your customers!
By the way…I still have to go outside to be able to use my cell phone as well as the others in my family because the coverage-reception is still bad. I am paying for service where I have to put on shoes and go outside in the rain to be able to use it. I should be charging you.
1. Take off the bogus charges and then let me know asap that this is really really really done.
and-
2. Let me know me our contract end date so I can dream of a better future.
Thank you,
Bonnie

update 10-5-09…found voicemail response this afternoon and told to (get on my shoes, go outside) phone them back to discuss. Not sure why they could not reply by email.

Update: 10-10-09 E-mail communication flowing smoothly over past several days and had it all hashed out, with them graciously giving me back credit for the bogus 3rd party overcharges plus more to compensate for the hassle they had caused me. nice!…THEN the very next day (today 10-10-09) we received a text from t-mobile saying we are being billed 54.23 for an upgrade! An upgrade we did NOT order. Arghhhh… the (sentence enhancer here) saga continues.
