Selling My Hair
Thought I might try selling my hair. I cut it off a few days ago - with the idea of donating it, but since it has a few grey hairs in there maybe I should just try to sell it.
It’s banded in two thick pigtails and is about 12 inches long. Kind of a red brown with some goldishness in it and some natural wave curl. This is fairly thick and not very fine.
Strange starting out as a towhead as a kid then into the sh*t blonde phase then honey blonde and now it is a kind of a “handsome” auburn-red color with smatterings of silver grey coming in. Oh well, maybe someone will have a use for this gob that I chopped off. Figure I might donate 10 percent to a charity then with the rest maybe by a ticket to see the new Star Trek movie and then go grocery shopping.
It’s the sign of the times when women are selling their hair - heck, some are selling their kid’s hair too. These days we all are getting creative and fully going into “bootstrap mode”, eh?
