Custodians, Janitors, Support Staff…Chilled Out or Respected?

Do you remember any of the custodial staff from when you attended school? Are you or were you ever a part of the teaching staff? I am (was) a custodial worker. I have been treated as one of the family so to speak by many, but have also felt frozen out by some. If a teacher has it in their frame of mind that some people have more worth than another and actually emotes this in front of students…this is so wrong. Anyway, I just want you to think about it, okay? For custodial workers all over the world I made the following website:http://custodian.info/

For the teachers I made this one:http://classroomfengshui.com It is for sale and comes complete with a forum. If interested let me know.

Being listened to and being heard. Respect and honor. Lots to consider when dealng with people whether they are doctors, politicians, students or toilet cleaners. We all matter…all have feeings and worth. As said in (movie) Bill and Ted: “Be excellent to each other”.
