Credentials, Titles, Honorifics, Hooey

It’s cold isn’t it?…The mentality that people with letters after their names, well… it seems to cause some effect of “aaah..we must listen to this person…they must be someone…they must know something…let’s pay them more…respect them more…honor them more…follow them…blah, blah, blah… pedestal, pedestal, pedestal…” 

I say hooey. Pah! Bleaugh… A measure of a person’s wisdom, doesn’t necessarily match their credentials. Schooling doesn’t automatically mean smart, wise or worthy. A “sir”, “madaam”, “Phd”, “Dr” or any other title, graduate level or whatever does not mean someone is better, higher, more caring, more qualified than any other person. It all seems to boil down to classifying, judging, and pegging people ….and I don’t like it. So there.

I’m not worthy! Ahhhhhhh…..
