Gads, all this insane itemization and hidden 3rd party crud is enough to drive me up the wall. That charge you agreed to remove is still on there! If our contract has expired I will be wanting to cancel service. I cannot afford these overcharges and the stress of opening another one of your T-mobile nightmare bills. It is something I no longer wish to endure …so much so I am willing to go phone-less if it comes to that. T-mobile - you need to take a look at these billing practices that so infuriate and turn off your customers!

By the way…I still have to go outside to be able to use my cell phone as well as the others in my family because the coverage-reception is still bad. I am paying for service where I have to put on shoes and go outside in the rain to be able to use it. I should be charging you.

Or minus nothing. I felt scared for the few who sounded desperate enough that they responded like they might end their lives over finances. It did help bring some of what I have been feeling into perspective. It was frustrating to read about what you should do with your paycheck. Heck some of us have no pay and many who do it’s not enough to cover the necessities.  I AM trying to be more at ease and trying to cope. Will there be solutions for all of us in this? Hoping.
